The Great Baldini
A Magical Cabaret with The Great Baldini
The Great Baldini is a magical legend, a relict of the music halls and a theatrical performer of the old school. Known throughout the world as ‘The Emperor of Illusion’, ‘The Prince of Prestidigitation’, and ‘The Maharajah of Mystery’, he is a hugely entertaining stage magician and – of course – a member of the Magic Circle.
He comes from Bristol to bring us “Showman, the Magic of the Maestro” and “Illusionati“. The two shows explores Baldini’s life through a series of magical illusions; his very first illusions from rings to snooker balls to apparent mind reading, to escapology (think Houdini!) and onward through Russian roulette to seizing control of the ILLUSIONATI a shadowy group of elite Magicians who control the world through the Magical dark arts.
“‘Charming, engaging and charismatic. A pleasure.’ – FringeReview
“Delightful, family-friendly, magic show” “This is good old-fashioned magic, with no Darren Brown attempt to reimagine what magic is. The Great Baldini is a wonderful character, engaging with audience members brilliantly, and the tricks are very impressive.” – Britishtheatre.com
