Poster Boys (12A)
A low budget, touching indie comedy with lots of heart and sunny energy. Al, struggling with life in general, is going through a bad week. His job as a “poster boy” isn’t going well, he can’t pay the rent and his love life is in shambles. Meanwhile he has distractedly agreed to mind his smart-ass 10-year-old nephew for a week. Trying to save Al’s job they “borrow” his mum’s campervan and embark on a madcap adventure putting posters up across Ireland. Dark humoured and funny throughout it’s a great escapist road trip of a movie with undeniable heart.
