A reluctant teacher undertakes a transformative journey upon relocating to a remote school in Bhutan, in this gorgeously uplifting, Academy Award nominated cinematic fable from director Pawo Choyning Dorji. Shot in staggeringly beautiful locations, this is a gentle, poetic treasure of a film – a meditation on the potential for finding contentment in unexpected places and the soul-enriching value of human connection. We loved this when we saw it at the Bradford pre-screenings – highly recommended.
