Lucid Spark Theatre – Much Ado About Nothing

Lucid Spark presents Much Ado About Nothing a vibrant, immersive reimagining of Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing, set in a sun-soaked villa inspired by modern reality TV culture. Bursting with wit, music and mischief, this playful and queer-forward adaptation invites the audience into Messina as gossip spreads, romance sparks and misunderstandings threaten to tear relationships apart. Expect sharp comedy, live moments and Shakespeare as you’ve never experienced it before.

Lucid Spark is an immersive theatre company creating bold and playful productions that place audiences at the heart of the action. Known for reimagining classic texts through contemporary concepts and site specific performance, the company combines strong storytelling, live interaction and inventive staging. Recent work includes sold out productions of A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Macbeth, as well as performances at venues such as the Royal Shakespeare Company.
