Breathing for Health

In this extended yoga class, our focus is on healthy breathing.

When we are stressed our breathing is shallow & this is detrimental to our health.

We warm up with gentle stret hung, learn breathing techniques to energise & to slow down.

We finish with a deliciously long relaxation.

Mats are available
