SUMMARY:Chicken Town (15) – tbc
DESCRIPTION:The badlands of East Anglia. A young man (Jayce) is released from prison after serving time for a crime he didn’t commit. Broke and looking for answers, he goes into business with an elderly neighbour (Kev) to fence a shed of weed the old man has grown on his allotment. When their activities attract the unwanted attention of some local dimwit hoodlums, Jayce and Kev are forced to confront their past mistakes, discovering a mutual respect they never thought possible. Together they form an alliance of age and youth, an unlikely partnership of the forgetful and the forgotten.\nUK 2025  90 mins  Dir: Richard Bracewell\nTuesday 26th May\nCinema located on first floor – regrettably no disabled access.\nLicensed bar, hot drinks available from 7 pm.\nAdvance tickets available in the cafe and online.
