SUMMARY:The Life of Chuck (15)
DESCRIPTION:In small town America the impact of climate change has escalated. Felicia and Marty start to investigate the unusual billboards popping up all around town and ask the question – who is Charles Krantz? As Chuck’s life story unravels in front of us, we see the chapters of an ordinary man’s life illuminating the multitudes contained in all of us. Mike Flanagan’s skilful life-affirming, genre-bending story based on Stephen King’s novella has created a simultaneously grand but intimate portrait of the extraordinary everyday, with standout performances from Tom Hiddleston, Mark Hamill, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Karen Gillan. “A stunning celebration of the moments that make life worth living.” The Wrap.\nUSA 2024  111 mins  Dir:  Mike Flanagan\nTuesday 17th February\nCinema located on first floor – regrettably no disabled access.\nLicensed bar, hot drinks available from 7 pm.\nAdvance tickets available in the cafe and online.
