DESCRIPTION:Fortnightly classes in the Rainbow Room on a Tuesday from 10.00am to 11.30am on the following winter/early spring dates:\n4 January (now 11 January, due to Christmas closing), 18 January, 1 February, 15 February, 1 March and 15 March.\nQigong is an ancient and powerful system of energy medicine from China:  it means ‘vital energy (Qi) cultivation (Gong).  It uses breathing techniques, gentle movement and meditation to cleanse, strengthen and circulate Qi.
