DESCRIPTION:Fortnightly classes in the Rainbow Room on a Tuesday from 10.00am to 11.30am on the following spring/summer dates:  1 June, 15 June, 29 June, 13 July, 27 July.\nQigong is an ancient and powerful system of energy medicine from China:  it means ‘vital energy (Qi) cultivation (Gong).  It uses breathing techniques, gentle movement and meditation to cleanse, strengthen and circulate Qi.
